HKU Graduate Email Accounts for Graduands

Graduands may apply for a @graduate.hku.hk email account, hosted on the Microsoft 365 platform, by following the account activation procedures to keep connected to the University.

Upon graduation, the student Connect (@connect.hku.hk) account service will be terminated. Graduands should back up any important data of the Connect account,  including the Exchange mailbox, OneDrive storage, and SharePoint-Online/Teams files prior to the Connect account termination. 

The graduate email account (UID@graduate.hku.hk) retains the same UID (account name) as the student account, which is also used for accessing the HKU Portal. The password will remain consistent during the activation process of the graduate email account.

To access your graduate email account, please go to https://webmail.hku.hk/ and then click "GRADUATE.HKU.HK (Microsoft 365)".
