An excerpt from the Vice-Chancellor's Address delivered at the Honorary University Fellowships Presentation Ceremony on December 12, 1995:

Mr Dexter Man Hung Cho, a Founding Honorary Patron of the HKU Foundation for Educational Research and Development, Director of Chung Mei International Holdings and a most loyal graduate who has rendered the most outstanding service to the Hong Kong University Alumni Association since its founding.
