Updating of Personal Particulars
If you have moved to a new address or have changed your contact phone number etc, please make sure to update your personal particulars to ensure that your data at the Student Information System (SIS) is up-to-date.
To update your personal particulars, please download the form and return to the Academic Services Office for updates at the SIS. Kindly fill in the online form by the Development and Alumni Affairs Office to stay connected with your alma mater.
Transcript and testimonial
Once you have received confirmation regarding your eligibility for graduation, you can apply for transcript and testimonial. Please click here for details and the applications forms.
Graduation Souvenirs
Visit the University's Visitor Centre for souvenirs celebrating the graduation of the Class of 2024. It is accessible via the HKU Station Exit C1 of the MTR West Island Line.
